When you buy a new Acre Home, it comes with a 10 Year Structual Warranty for your protection and peace of mind. You are protected should certain problems arise with your new home.
Peace of Mind
We must adhere to National House Building Council Standards, commonly known as NHBC. Their role is to raise standards of new homes and provide protection for home buyers. This means we have complied with NHBC standards set out in their guidelines. This gives you peace of mind and one of the added benefits of buying a new home with us.
Our 10 Year Warranty Comes in Two Parts
Within the first two years you have the added reassurance that if something goes wrong with the likes of snags, defects, major defects and emergencies. Whatever happens we will make sure we will put it right.
If there is a problem with your home in year 3-10 you will be coved by your warranty provider, this can cover the likes of structural and weather proofing elements. For full information you would need to check your terms and conditions with the warranty provider at the time of purchasing your new home.
